As the manager of the Corporate Governance Team, you will oversee a variety of tasks necessary to build and administrate governance at us, a listed company.
Specifically, the team has many duties, including running Board of Directors meetings, designing authority levels for the entire company, establishing procedures for internal approval, managing internal regulations, managing insider information, and handling timely disclosures.
Additionally, the team also creates and runs our stock incentive systems, such as RSUs and stock options, runs shareholders’ meetings, and more. In this position, you will work with senior management, corporate teams, and product teams and bring the Corporate Governance Team together. |

■Experience handling multiple tasks such as the following, as required by the Companies Act, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and other laws and ordinances at a listed company
・Managing insider information
・Handling timely disclosures
・Creating authority level design/internal approval processes for the company
・Managing the Board of Directors
・Running shareholders’ meetings
・Handling work involving company stock, such as stock options
・Handling stock－related work at a securities transfer agent, etc.
・Experience （5＋ years） leading a team of multiple members
