■Position：Legal Counsel
・As a Legal Counsel, you are an experienced attorney with a strong business background who can support our operations and legal structure in Japan. This is largely a job for a law generalist who brings expertise in commercial transactions, intellectual property, regulatory framework, litigation management, as well as finance and labor laws ・ all while preserving the culture of the company. You’ll serve as the advisor to all major business functions within the organization on a wide range of business and legal issues.
■Responsibilities：
・Conduct general risk management and advise and recommend course of action to Japan management, Product, Sales, and other company departments on legal issues.
・Assist in developing and implementing legal policies and undertaking risk analysis for new and existing our products and services in the Japan market.
・Draft, review, and negotiate, with customers and partners, a wide range of commercial agreements that comply with company policies and risk tolerance.
・Cooperate with other Legal Team Members in Japan, the greater Asia Pacific region, US headquarters, and the rest of the world to enhance management and operations of local and global Legal Department.
・Provide training and guidance to internal teams to ensure compliance and consistency in the application of company policies and practices. |
